The rooms of this category are located on the first, second and third floors of the building, the windows are front, overlooking a quiet street or the courtyard. Please indicate your preferred accommodation when booking.
An iron and ironing board are provided free of charge to guests upon request.
For our guests, the hotel has a shared kitchen, equipped with a refrigerator, microwave oven, electric kettle, and necessary dishes.
We draw your attention to the fact that the Kaiser hotel is located in a four-story building, in order to preserve the authenticity of the building, there is no elevator in the building.

Check-out time is 12:00
Check-in before 14:00 is possible if there is a free room of the booked category at the time of arrival of the hotel guests, the service is free of charge. Otherwise, we offer to leave things in our storage room (free of charge) and start getting to know our charming city.
Check-out after 12:00 is an additional service provided if there are free rooms and is paid at the rate of UAH 100/hour.
Rules for placing children
Children of any age can stay free of charge without providing a separate bed, no extra bed is available.
Living with animals
Accommodation with an animal weighing up to 10 kg is allowed.

A fine of 1,000 hryvnias is charged for a violation!
If a violation is discovered, the administration has the right to evict the guest without refunding the money paid.
